Today’s Daily Create was to make a GIF of a place you have always wanted to visit. For this, I chose the Great Barrier Reef in Australia. This is an incredible landscape which I have always wanted to visit. Many documentaries have recently come up highlighting the degradation and bleaching of corals. Chasing Coral is one documentary you can find on Netflix which I highly recommend. As of today, 93% of the Great Barrier Reef has been bleached. I would love to visit this reef before it is completely gone. However, I still want to see it no matter what; as I think this is a huge wake up call for us regarding environmental impacts we are having.

For this activity I used  GIF Maker- Video in to Gifs app. This is a free app which allows you to turn a video into a GIF. The previous app I sued only let me do this once without paying, therefore I downloaded this new app. This was very easy to use and only took about a minute. Overall, I really enjoyed this activity. There are so many places I want to visit, but the Great Barrrier Reef is definitely at the top of my list.
